These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse this website, submit an enquiry, reserve a piece, request customisation, or place an order with Jewel Clouds Jewellery LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By continuing with a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Products & availability
We take care to present every piece accurately. Screen colours, photography, handcrafted details, stone appearance, dimensions and weight may vary slightly. Availability, material, size, weight and final specifications are confirmed personally by our team before payment or fulfilment.
Product names, prices and descriptions may be corrected where an error is identified. We may withdraw or update a product before accepting an order.
Orders & payment
Submitting the checkout form is an order enquiry and does not by itself create an accepted order. A purchase is confirmed only after our team verifies the piece, final price, specifications, delivery details and payment method with you.
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (DHS/AED). Any applicable taxes, delivery fees or approved adjustments will be explained before payment. Instalment services such as Tabby or Tamara are subject to the provider’s eligibility checks and separate terms.
Delivery & collection
Available delivery and showroom collection options will be confirmed for each order. Any timing provided before confirmation is an estimate. Please check your contact information and inspect the package when received. Contact us promptly if an order is delayed, damaged or appears incorrect.
Responsibility for providing a complete and accessible delivery address remains with the customer. Additional arrangements may be needed if a delivery cannot be completed.
Returns, exchanges & cancellations
Return, exchange and cancellation eligibility depends on the condition of the piece, the type of order and applicable law. Personalised, engraved, resized, altered or made-to-order jewellery may have restrictions where permitted by law.
Please contact our team before returning any piece so we can confirm the appropriate process. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.
Jewellery care & warranty
Jewellery should be stored carefully and protected from impact, chemicals, perfume, moisture and unsuitable cleaning methods. Natural wear, accidental damage, loss, third-party repair and misuse are not treated as manufacturing faults.
Any warranty, maintenance or repair support applying to your piece will be confirmed with your order. Proof of purchase may be required.
Website use & intellectual property
Website content, including branding, photography, product presentation, copy and design, belongs to Jewel Clouds Jewellery or its licensors. It may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without written permission.
Please do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or attempt unauthorised access. External services and links may be governed by their own terms.
Privacy & communications
Information submitted through checkout or enquiry forms is used to respond to you, confirm your selection, arrange payment and fulfil the requested service. Please do not send card details through free-text fields or unsecured messages.
Payment providers process information under their own privacy terms. Marketing messages should be sent only where appropriate permission has been provided, and you may ask to stop receiving them.
Applicable law & disputes
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. We encourage you to contact us first so concerns can be reviewed promptly and fairly. Any mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to direct loss reasonably connected to the relevant order. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
