Delivery Policy
At Jewel Clouds Jewellery LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that your order is securely packaged and delivered on time. Below is our detailed delivery policy to help you understand how we handle shipping and delivery across the UAE.
Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services across all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates.
Note: Delivery is not available for international locations at this time.
Your
Confirmation
Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. We ship with USPS and FedEx. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier.
Shipments depart Monday throughout Saturday by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Products ordered after noon are shipped next day.
Your Order
is on Its Way
We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships. If you are shipping internationally or opt for expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.
Carriers
and Notifications
Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email.

- Please allow at least 12 hours for the shipper’s website to update before searching for your tracking report.
